1. Agreement

By accessing or using SugarDaddySurat.com ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

4. Your Account

• Provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person, one account. Duplicate or shared accounts may be suspended.
• You may delete your account at any time; deletion is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Community Standards

Every member agrees to treat others with courtesy and honesty. The following are prohibited:

• Misrepresenting your identity, age, photos or circumstances (catfishing).
• Harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech or discriminatory behaviour.
• Requesting or sending money, gift cards or financial information to other members; operating scams of any kind.
• Soliciting or offering sexual services, or any unlawful activity.
• Sharing another member's private information, photos or messages without consent.
• Explicit sexual imagery in profiles or unsolicited explicit messages.
• Commercial promotion, spam, or recruiting members for other services.

Violations may result in warning, suspension or permanent removal at our discretion. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement where required.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload, and you grant the platform a licence to display them to operate the service. You confirm you have the right to share any content you upload. The platform's design, branding, text and code are our property and may not be copied without permission.

7. Membership and Payments

Basic membership is free. Optional premium features, when offered, are billed as described at the point of purchase. Subscription terms, renewal and cancellation details are shown clearly before payment. Payments between members are private matters outside the platform's responsibility — never send money to someone you have not met and verified, as described in our Safety Centre.

8. Disclaimers

• We do not conduct criminal background checks on members. Verification confirms photos, not character. Exercise the good judgement described in our Safety Centre.
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of members, online or offline, nor for plans made between members.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sugar Daddy Surat is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including interactions with other members. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, harm the community or create legal risk. You may end your membership at any time by deleting your account.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

12. Changes and Contact
